Do you need to supply the BBQ?
Generally, yes, unless you're ordering pre-cooked food or if you're hiring a food truck as those come with cooking facilities onboard.
How much BBQ food do you need to cater per person?
We'd recommend one main meat item per person - so a steak or burger. The same would apply for plant-based meal items: one patty per person.
It's always a good idea to have some extra smaller items, like lamb cutlets, sausages or grilled skewers on hand for those with larger appetites. Of course, these can make great meals on their own. If that's your plan, aim for two to three smaller items per person.
Are BBQ foods delivered raw or cooked in Melbourne?
